Introduction
The app is called Fylgja, it is created for Ljósmæðrafélag Íslands (Midwife Association of Iceland) and will be used by their members. The app has no user login but it requires a passkey that is only provided to the members of Ljósmæðrafélag Íslands.
The app purpose is to replace the book "Fylgja" that was published every other year. It contains information (images and text) beneficial to them. The app is connected to their website so a push notification is sent to the user each time a new announcement is created by the chairman.
